Chorleywood 6 a side

This seasons under 11 boys took part in the Chorleywood annual six a side competition this Sunday and performed heroically.

With only the bare minimum six team members due to some unavailability they managed to reach the final, only to lose to an extra time winner by Rickmansworth Raiders.

Winning all five games on the way to the final they did not concede a goal thanks to some brilliant defensive work by Lewis Glyn ,the goalkeeper and Mathew Armstrong and Harvey Dean in defence.

The midfield duo of Oliver Davis and Zac Power were tireless as they created some superb chances which were put away by in form striker Charlie Hardiman.

Zach was also awarded the player of the tournament for his age group.Well done to Zach.

Our other team consisting of Charlie Jones,Josh Tierney,Mathew Payne,Taylor Largan,Sam MItchell and Oliver Stokley also performed well winning one game and drawing another in a tough group.
